I have 2 different soft boxes, one I've had for a long time and one I bought after I decided to get a second flash. This was taken with the smaller of the 2. I can see a bit of softness in the shadows using it, but not as much as I had expected. It cuts out a bit more light than the blow-up thing I tried first.
