Our unit was on the second floor of this building.  The parking is on the outside of grounds, next to the buildings.  The units stretch the whole width of the building, the halls to reach the front doors are covered, exterior ones.  You can see the guard rails in this picture.  Each building also has an elevator as well as the stairs.
